Liong Delon Dragon ("Delon")
Director
Delon is an experienced and client-focused Financial Services Manager with over 15 years in the financial advisory industry. He has proven expertise in wealth planning, investment solutions, and estate planning, and is committed to delivering comprehensive financial strategies tailored to each client’s evolving needs. Holding a BSc in Banking and Finance (Hons) from the Singapore Institute of Management, along with professional certifications as an Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP) and Associate Financial Planner (AFP), Delon has built a strong reputation for professionalism, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service. Throughout his career with Professional Investment Advisory Services, he has served a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners, specializing in estate and succession planning, portfolio construction, and retirement solutions.
Thomas Zucosky
Technical Advisor
Mr. Zucosky brings over 40 years of Wall Street experience in trading, portfolio management, and investment leadership. He has held senior roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer, and earned his Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 licenses. He has served as a Registered Investment Adviser, Commodity Trading Advisor, and Commodity Pool Operator, and has sat on several fund boards.
Thomas is co-founder, partner and managing member of Bluewater Capital Group (2025), a financial advisor based in Abu Dhabi, with partner offices in Singapore, London, Brussels and New York. As founder and Chief Investment Officer of Lucidity (2022), he oversees manager selection and portfolio management, building on the multi-strategy SMA model he created at Discovery Capital (1997), designed to deliver idiosyncratic alpha through transparency, liquidity, and real-time monitoring. His prior experience includes leading institutional searches at InvestorForce for clients such as CalPERS and Citigroup, portfolio management at Strategic Investment Group, U.S. hedge fund due diligence for Olympia Capital, and co-founding Aegis Capital in 1985.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of New Jersey and a Master of Arts degree from Montclair State University.
